I live the simplicity of the sketch but am not sure what I’m seeing. A spill of coffee? What is the arrow at the end of a line?

It’s a guy with headphones, holding his phone and a newspaper on his lap, one foot on the seat opposite. I really like that you saw a completely different thing.

Of course. The foot on the seat fooled me. I can’t stand it when peeps put their dirty shoes on seats meant for other peeps or on the backs of empty seats at a theatre. I must be getting to be an old complainer.

I agree! I hate it when people do that. I was trying to psych him out by furtively looking at him while drawing, and he actually took his foot off the seat in the end. Probably had nothing to do with me. I’m very Norwegian about shoes, they belong outside with soles on the ground.

We take our shoes off outside, except for my dress shoes. We even have paper slip ons if any workmen come here, such as a plumber, etc. My wife would approve of you. LOL!!
