This is not an ordinary collaboration for me. I usually receive a piece of writing and then illustrate what ever will come out on the surface. However, when I expressed my desire to collaborate with Victor, as I believe he is an excellent illustrator with a very unique eye, he came up with the idea to illustrate a piece of my writings. I found this illustration very interesting to contemplate and was astonished by his composition. He sort of gave freedom and wings to my very structured words, a new meaning and I am so, so grateful for this. I do hope to create something with Victor (aka Bonofido) again in the near future, something new. Please make sure to visit Victor’s nest. You will find many treasures: a black dog’s adventures, beautiful sketches of the Parthenon and fishing villages, wonderful portraits, conceptual pieces, fan art and many more. You never get bored! Thank you all. Thank you Victor.
Meow meow, and woof woof!

I agree with Geo; what a stunning arrangement / interpretation / visual choreography of a great poem!

Fabulous! Your lines work so well with geo’s words. Great little cats 🙂

Thank you so much! I’m happy you feel the lines and words work well together, as that was my main aim. And drawing the cats was a lot of fun 😊
